Once a user has accepted and paid for a month of service, no refunds will be issued for any portion of the service already accepted or used. This policy applies to all subscription plans and payment methods.
Either party (the user or Sagely.chat) may cancel the service at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing month. Users can initiate cancellations through their account settings or by contacting our customer support.
